A label with heart and mind „inspired by the world“ and completely „made in Germany” – cross-generational and at the cutting edge.
“I tell stories with my collections, which are emotionally touching me. My creations are made for modern women, who fill different roles,” says Anja Gockel about her work. “They cope different appearances during the day – from the internal meeting, the conference until the after work cocktail. My fashion stands for an extraordinary appearance and femininity.” so says the snippet about Anja Gockel on the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Page.

The collection was definitely fresh and breezy with jackets, dresses, skirts softly swinging, made out of silks and light organza. The standout pieces are tangerine and peach shirts and jackets, the viscose Diane Von Furstenberg-inspired wrap dress (very sexy with a short hemline and long ties on the side. The pattern inspiration also coming from another iconic label Missoni). I loved the grey silk blouse with some type of plastic foil gilet on top. The crushed silk peach shirt dress is an item I'll be looking for at the label's flagship store in Cologne.

The floral patterns were a bit old school, un-exciting, rather dowdy but the rest of the collection is true to Ms. Gockel's credo: the modern woman who wants femininity.
